We provide an individual person centred assessment and care plan which is discussed with each resident, their carer and next of kin which is tailored to each individuals needs. The plan is reviewed regularly by our staff and our person-centred approach to care builds on residents’ strengths and seeks to improve their quality of life.
Care is available 24 hours a day providing as much or as little assistance as is needed.
We hold monthly residents' meetings and our continuous progress is based on the feedback and requirements of the residents and their relatives.
