Caer Gwent, Guild Care's largest home, provides excellent residential and nursing care for 61 residents.

The home is set in landscaped gardens in a quiet residential area and enjoys spacious lounges and a sunny conservatory. Beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, it offers very generous-sized rooms, all with en-suite facilities, level-access showers and satellite TV access. Many of the ground floor rooms open out onto the well-designed gardens. Residents often choose to bring their own memorabilia and some items of furniture to make their rooms more like home.

Caer Gwent offers complimentary physiotherapy and aromatherapy. An excellent menu is available and residents' have their own diners club.

The home has a busy social calendar and a range of activities and outings to suit everyone.

We provide an individual person centred assessment and care plan which is discussed with each resident, their carer and next of kin which is tailored to each individuals needs. The plan is reviewed regularly by our staff and our person-centred approach to care builds on residents’ strengths and seeks to improve their quality of life.

Care is available 24 hours a day providing as much or as little assistance as is needed.

We hold monthly residents' meetings and our continuous progress is based on the feedback and requirements of the residents and their relatives.

Caer Gwent is situated in a quiet location, set back from the road and just a short bus ride from the centre of Worthing, shops, seafront and library. Residents enjoy the benefit of a garage where mobility scooters can be stored and recharged.
