We value your thoughts ..

At Guild Care we value your thoughts on our services and we are always looking at ways to improve our service or to congratulate a home or member of staff.

Our Residents’ Charter explains how we work in partnership with residents and their relatives, and the expectations that residents and families should have of us. The charter was developed through consultation with residents, relatives and staff.

The Charter reflects the wishes of our residents including lifestyle, food and catering, financial matters, care, interests and activities. It explains how people can make their views known through Comment Cards or the Talkback Form available in each home. Our Residents' Charter can be downloaded here.
