Dolphin Court

Dolphin Court is a small, friendly, sheltered housing scheme for 31 tenants surrounded by attractive, mature and well-tended gardens in a quiet residential area close to the centre of Worthing and the seafront.

Tenants enjoy the security, peace of mind and the benefit of additional support whilst maintaining their full independence that this small complex offers. The studio flats are spacious and of a high standard with separate kitchenette and fully-accessible bathrooms.

With a member of staff either on site or available through a 24 hour community alarm system this form of accommodation bridges the gap between living independently and moving into residential care.

Tenants meet for activities and celebrate birthdays with their families and friends in the spacious lounge or dining room. Friends and relatives are also invited to lunch for which there is a small charge.

Tenants have formed their own gardening club and have enjoyed growing container grown flowers and vegetables during the year.
