What we provide
The service enables carers to take time out from the day to day responsibilities of caring by offering the opportunity to get out and about in the company of the person they care for.
"As a carer it helps me to relax and enjoy meeting others in the same position and to have a lovely outing."
Included in the service
The service provides:
Safe, carefully planned, appropriate trips out twice a week for up to 5 couples in a wheelchair accessible mini bus
A relaxed and informal environment to socialise with the support of 2 experienced Support Workers
An opportunity for friendship and social interaction between carers

Day trips to Eastbourne & Hastings
Shopping trips to Brighton, Horsham and Crawley
A selection of local pubs serving good food!
Michelham Priory, West Dean gardens, Tangmere Museum
Country drives with tea
