Our professional Home Care service offers an individually tailored personal care service and domestic help for people living in their own homes. We can also provide specialist dementia care and respite services for our most vulnerable clients in Worthing and from Shoreham to Littlehampton.
Healthy Living Programme
Keep fit and healthy, try our wellbeing therapies, exercise your mind and join our creative art and craft classes at the Healthy Living Centre, Methold House, Worthing or the Lovett Centre, Maybridge. Enjoy a hand massage, a new hairstyle, a manicure or benefit from foot care or assisted bathing.
Community Help
Our caring and experienced Community Link Workers and Health Trainers, based at the Healthy Living Centre, work with older people in the community to offer practical support, confidence building, information and encouragement to help improve health, general wellbeing and access benefits. Referrals can be made by family, friends and health professionals or you can refer yourself.
