The Carers Support Service for Worthing and District is hosted by Guild Care at Methold House and offers a wide variety of information and services for carers. Carers look after family members, friends or neighbours who have a disability, illness or are frail.
The Ashdown Club

areas.
Time Out for Carers
Our ‘Time Out for Carers’ service provides a safe, stimulating and caring environment for people with dementia every Monday and Thursday
at the Healthy Living Centre, Methold House
Time Out and About
A service which gives carers and people they care for quality time together on outings to places of interest with support workers.
