Browsealoud
Browsealoud reads aloud all website content including PDF and MS Word documents.
This is extremely helpful to over 7 million people in the UK with literacy problems, 8.6 million registered disabled people (source: Disability Rights Commission), 2 million UK residents with sight problems (source: RNIB) and 12 million people aged 60 and over who may have developed sight issues.
The software is free for users to install and as you move your cursor over the words they are spoken aloud. Download Browsealoud.

Resizing the text
To increase the text size
Internet Explorer: View > Text size > largest
Firefox: View > Text size > increase
Opera: File > Preferences > Fonts > Minimum font size (pixels)
Alternatively you can scroll the mouse wheel while holding down the control key or hold the control key while using the plus sign button to your required size.
