The total circumference of the Earth is 25,000 miles and Guild Care is challenging staff, supporters and the local community, to help the Ashdown Club make that journey.
As part of the Ashdown £20,000 Fundraising Appeal, we are hosting and supporting a number of events between September 2010 and April 2011. All of these events will involve travelling a distance and include a charity sky dive, the London marathon, a sponsored walk and a challenge in partnership with the David Lloyd Club, Worthing.
At the end of each event the total miles travelled will be added together and we will see if, collectively, we can achieve the impossible feat of travelling the circumference of the globe!

The David Lloyd Challenge will be held at the Worthing Club on Sunday 7 November and is open to both members and on-members of the club. Participants need to complete as many miles as they can on one of six pieces of gym equipment that will be available for the challenge.
