Guild Care's entrepreneurial fundraisers Peter Kennard and Derek Steel pulled off another great event raising £7,000 for the Healthy Living Programme on St George's Day.Peter Kennard said 'We were delighted to welcome former boxing World Champion Chris Eubank as our guest at the Indigo Restaurant at the Ardington Hotel in Worthing'. The luncheon was a sell out with 125 people celebrating the day with a traditional English menu and some stirring renditions of Rule Britannia, Jerusalem and Land of Hope and Glory.
Following the lunch Chris Eubank entertained guests with some tales of his exploits. A grand fundraising auction was held and Chris donated some signed personal boxing items.
