Fairytale characters for Ashmount staff

22-Jan-2011

Part two of Ashmount Care Home's Fairytale Fayre took place on Saturday 22 January. The event had previously been postponed due to snow and ice and despite the delay, Ashmount's staff put on a splendid show for their residents.

Richard Mann transformed into Captain Hook, Care Home Manager Tricia Hall and her Care Services Manager, Sharon Blacker were Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee and other fairytale favourites included Cinderella, a cartoon mouse, a charming prince and a fairy godmother.

The event raised a further £290 for residents activities and together with Ashmount's Christmas raffle the themed events raised almost £700 for residents' activities.

Ashmount Care and Nursing Homes is situated in Southey Way, Worthing, West Sussex.
