Fawlty Towers Tea and Chat

16-Oct-2011

On 12 October, the Outreach Team invited all the people who took part in previous 'Tea and Chat' sessions to celebrate the friendships that had been made so far at a grand Tea and Chat at Methold House.

The event took on a Fawlty Towers theme and included the complete hotel staff Sybil (Jane), Basil (Luc), Manuel (Gumbo), Polly (Monica) and The Chef (Lorraine) with Emily as supporting cast. Cream tea was served and everyone took part in a quiz.

The event was very successful and one lady, who came for the first time, said that although she was apprehensive before coming she had a great time and left with the phone numbers of two other people. New community Tea and Chats are planned shortly. For more information please phone 01903 528627
