Irene House held a grand Food Tasting evening on Wednesday 19 May.Residents and relatives enjoyed assorted canapes followed by savoury pancakes, a creamy salmon pasta and Lancashire Hotpot. Desserts were apricot flan, Tiramisu and an apply bread pudding.
The aim of the food tasting is to introduce residents to different foods to include in their menus. Karen Lisher, Manager of Irene House said 'We had a wonderful evening thanks to our wonderful catering team.'
