Launch of Guild Care website

08-Jan-2010

Guild Care launched a new website this month which is highly accessible, content rich and easy to use. Designed by Chichester company Website Success, our new site is much more than just a website and will prove a valuable source of information for people living and working within the county.

Nick Fermor Collins, Internet Business Consultant said ‘It is built on our online business solution ‘Efusion’. It’s a website, customer database and email marketing tool in one solution. This allows Guild Care to communicate with their staff, volunteers, clients and supporters with the minimum of effort and expense allowing more budget to be spent where it really matters…front line services. Due to the varied nature of the charity’s activities, we have been really pleased  to work with Julia Johnson and the team to develop a site that can be easily updated to improve stakeholder communication, reduce costs and increase revenues.…we look forward to seeing the results. One of the real beauties of Efusion is that the technology is automatically updated and, together with a visual redesign every couple of years, the system will not become outdated.’

Guild Care's Communications Manager, Julia Johnson said ‘The site will be constantly changing with up-to-date news of our many activities and events. We will be adding a blog and maybe a forum – the opportunities are endless with a platform that has so much potential.’

This website is a mine of information including health and wellbeing services for older people; community help; residential, nursing and home care; services for carers of people with dementia, children and young people with special needs and much more.
