Guild Care were very honoured to have been voted Splash FM’s ‘Charity of the Year’ last week at the Awards Ceremony held at the Dome, Worthing.
There were many worthy winners during the evening which was presented on similar lines to the Oscars and featured local sports personalities, ‘Mum and Dad of the Year’ and awards for local businesses and lifetime achievements.
Buckets were passed around by SplashFM presenters Anna Bingham and Dave Hunt who collected £390.60 for Guild Care’s 75th Anniversary Appeal. Suzanne Millard, Deputy Chief Executive said “We would like to thank everyone who contributed to the collection and especially to people who voted for us. I was a spectacular evening and one which SplashFM should be very proud of.”
