Guild Care is currently working on an exciting new project - the implementation of a new computer system within all our care homes to significantly improve the care planning process.
The software is being supplied by HET and is state-of-the-art technology. The information entered on the system will be used for both our internal audit process and as evidence that we are meeting the Care Quality Commission regulatory requirement, but more importantly it will assist our staff to deliver highly personalised services to our care home residents.
Guild Care is looking forward to rolling out the HET software over the next 3-6 months with comprehensive staff training. Once fully implemented Guild Care will be at the forefront of care planning provision and one of the first local organisations to fully utilise such software.
