Our centre is friendly and lively where older independent people can enjoy themselves and have fun with other like-minded individuals. 

Our Healthy Living Programme offers a wide range of different activities, therapies, exercises for all abilities, discussion groups, music and song, entertainment and games, computing, arts and crafts, theme days as well as tai chi, pilates and zumba for those a little more active.

Our wellbeing therapies include massage, hairdressing, manicures, waxing, foot care and even assisted bathing.

We have something for everyone ..... and don't forget Oscar's Cafe Bar for fresh cakes and cappucinos or stop for a two course healthy lunch and make new friends.
