2nd January

Over the Christmas period for the last three years, Mark and Debbie from Worthing put on a vibrant Christmas lights display at their home to raise money for charity. This year Guild Care was their chosen charity.

Raising money for our dementia services in memory of Mark's Mum who sadly passed away just over four years ago from dementia related illnesses, the couple put on a spectacular display that had its official switch on with the Mayor and Mayoress of Worthing and Town Crier in attendance to kick off the festivities.

With a goal to be beat their target of £1,700, last years' total, they smashed their target and raised a grand total of £1,872 for our dementia services and we are incredibly grateful for all of their hard work, support and superb fundraising. Once again proving a success with the community, we can't wait to see what they have in store this Christmas!
