At Guild Care we offer a range of activities for older people to help them remain healthy and independent by joining in an exercise or art class, having a cup of coffee, enjoying some entertainment and a sing-along with friends of the same age.

These health and well-being services are held at our Guild Care Centre and other venues in the community.

We also offer a wide choice of exercise and fitness classes during the week to cover a range of abilities and interests. So come along and join in the fun?

What people say about it?

Christine, has been coming to the drop-in service at Methold House since she lost her husband a number of years ago. She now attends four days a week and enjoys the arts and craft sessions, using the computer and having a dance and sing-a-long with her friends.

"I've met lots of new people, it makes you feel good inside.  It's much better than sitting at home alone, I like to keep busy and I always have a great time. This is my social life!" Christine, Guild Care service user
