Money advice and support

We are listening to advice from the Government and Public Health England and are basing our response to the Coronavirus on the best interests of everyone that is in contact with one of our services.

This service remains open, but only via telephone. If you have any queries, please call our friendly Customer Service Team on 01903 327327.

Our caring and experienced Outreach Team supports hundreds of older people each year, allowing them to live well in their own homes.

The team provides practical support in regards to understanding and completing forms and paperwork such as benefit claims, including Attendance Allowance, Blue Badge Applications and Personal Independence Payments. They also help people reduce their energy bills, including tariff reviews and improving insulation in their own homes.

Our team can make home visits and also sign post to other relevant services to help improve the quality of your life.

"The money adviser checked my benefits for me as my health and mobility had become worse over the last year. They helped me to complete the paperwork. Once I was awarded the allowance the Outreach Team gave me a choice of agencies that could help me. I now see a lovely lady twice a week." Advice and support service user
