You will provide person-centred support for our residents and family members that requires empathy and compassion, respecting that feelings matter the most. You will assist in the delivery of effective day-to-day care which is responsive to individuals’ needs, and in accordance with Guild Care policies and procedures and the principles of best practice. You and your co-workers will help each other get things done, whilst getting the chance to talk and learn about each other. You will be able to pick up shifts on days or nights to suit you; giving you the chance to earn some extra money and to fit work around family arrangements, study, or other responsibilities. You will be expected to provide cover on an occasional basis sometimes at short notice. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to work flexibly.
