The role As a Housekeeping Assistant at Linfield House you will help to keep the interior of the building to a high standard of cleanliness and neatness, while observing safe working practices by following correct procedures (including Health and Safety, COSHH and other legislative requirements). You will protect the privacy of personal choice and dignity of residents whilst paying attention to small details of what is important to each resident. This may involve working in specific areas of the Home as defined by the relevant Manager, with a specific list of scheduled tasks, as part of a team.
