Bank Support Worker, Ashdown Centre We are looking to recruit Bank Support Workers to work at our Ashdown Centre. You will supervise children and provide direct care and play activity for children and young people with a range of special needs, working as part of a team to ensure a safe, stimulating care environment. You will work as part of a team to support a small group of children, to participate in activities, outings and events in a safe, stimulating and person-centred environment. About Ashdown The Ashdown Centre provides respite care for families with children and young adults who have learning disabilities and other complex needs. It offers stimulating and fun sessions for more than 100 families in Worthing and its surrounding areas on the weekends, during school holidays and some evenings.
