We are looking to recruit a Care Supervisor to work at Linfield House on a full-time basis. The role of the Care Supervisor is to take on the management of the routines of care delivery when on shift. You will be responsible for allocating care staff to sections, prioritising care and overseeing care staff breaks effectively when required.

You would ideally have experience in a similar role and preferably hold an NVQ Level 2 in health and social care or higher.

Linfield House is a purpose built care home in Worthing suitable for older people, some of whom may require nursing. It also has an 11-bed suite dedicated to people living with dementia. This traditional, friendly and homely care home - which is rated as 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission - is tastefully decorated throughout and offers generous accommodation including spacious bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and a range of lounges and dining rooms.


£8.69 - £9.30 per hour dependent on shift
