The role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant/Care Supervisor to join the team at Caer Gwent. You will be responsible for managing the shift and deploying Care Assistants based on residents' needs across assigned areas. By developing and implementing Care Plans, as well as by sharing your personal examples of good care, you will encourage the highest standard of care within the care team. You will need previous experience of supervising others and the ability to keep Medication competency up to date.
