We are looking to appoint a Care Systems Officer to own the administration and governance of our care planning and residents’ data systems to ensure that they run as efficiently and effectively as possible, producing the required outcomes for the operational team, management and other stakeholders such as reports, analysis and insight. You will work as a key member of Guild Care’s quality assurance team, working with colleagues to support the registered services in a consistent approach. You will be the main point of contact with the systems organisations (Access and Advanced) and develop systems and processes to support the digital transformation of our care provision, care data handling and care/resident insight.
