The role An exciting opportunity to join Guild Care as a Care Systems Officer, this role is to own the administration and governance of our care planning and residents’ data systems to ensure that they run as efficiently and effectively as possible and produce the required outcomes for the Operational Team, management, and other stakeholders such as reports, analysis and insight. Job description Job Requirements Essential Experience of administering operational systems including configuration, data importing/exporting, QA checks Experience of data analysis and an understanding of databases Process mapping and process development skills Good organisational, time management and administrative skills Ability to engage and build a rapport with a wide range of people including internal and external customers Ability to collate and analyse statistics and set up reporting systems Ability to demonstrate energy, creativity, enthusiasm, and an unwavering commitment to the delivery of outstanding care services Ability to communicate concisely and effectively to a range of stakeholders Ability to think analytically and be able to problem solve The post holder must be able to provide a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check Desirable Experience of working in the voluntary or health & social care sector Project Management experience Coaching and training skills- devising ‘how to’ guides Demonstrable knowledge of digital care planning (or similar) systems Benefits of working at Guild Care Job Description Get in touch If you would like to find out more about the role our Recruitment Team is always happy to help answer any questions you may have.
