Guild Care has an exciting opening for an experienced Trainer. We offer a range of community-based services, for children and adults with learning disabilities and care to older people. To ensure that staff have appropriate skills to meet these needs, we are looking for an experienced Trainer to co-ordinate the induction, training, and competency assessment of our staff. This role will support our culture change and ensure that all staff are skilled and competent to carry out their roles, through the provision of all mandatory and clinical training, induction training and support with the Care Certificate where appropriate.
