Your role would be to support older people to access and engage with an extensive range of support and activities in the local community that can help to reduce social isolation and improve their health and wellbeing. You would provide practical support, to enable small groups of older people to engage in activities or hobbies/interests with other like-minded people. he role is key to provide individual befriending support to older people in their own homes or their local community.
