We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Services Team. You will support the Head of Quality and Customer Service in the development and delivery of a customer enquiries support service for Guild Care. This will include working with managers across all areas of Guild Care to understand their services and develop knowledge of all services offered.

You will act as an ambassador for Guild Care wherever possible to market all services to potential customers. You will focus on delivering a good quality customer/person-centred service for service users and carers in line with legislative, regulatory and Guild Care standards. You must have the ability to build a rapport with a wide range of people.

We are looking for someone that can demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills as well as the enthusiasm and an unwavering commitment to the delivery of outstanding customer service.


£17,890 per annum pro rata (£9.83 per hour). Pay award pending.

Number of hours and work pattern

20 hours per week. Mon-Fri, 1-5pm.
