You will provide person-centred support for our residents that requires empathy and compassion, respecting that feelings matter the most. Our approach is all about making Haviland House a home for life and making it a calming and comfortable environment for our residents which also means that staff no longer wear uniforms or adhere to strict routines. Our staff are trained to nurture people within this safe and comfortable home.
