We are looking for a Session Leader to support the Day Service Manager in the daily running of our Bradbury Wellbeing Centre, which provides a range of services supporting hundreds of people living with dementia and their carers each year. You must be inspirational and passionate about quality dementia care and capturing positive moments.

We are looking for someone that can create an environment where people are actively involved in everyday domestic living and engaged in meaningful occupation and activity. You will inspire, lead and manage a small team of staff and volunteers to create a homely environment within the centre, bringing out the best in people.

The ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and/or weekends, is essential. We are also looking for someone with the attitudes and beliefs consistent with being ‘person centred’.
