As the Deputy Manager (Resources) you will have experience of coaching, mentoring and supporting others in care practice. You will take responsibility for the management, support and direction of care services and provide supervision. You will oversee the management of the Resource Administrators to ensure the home is fully staffed. You may occasionally need to cover Senior Care or care shifts, this will include being on call 1 weekend in 3. This post will be reviewed at 6 months.
