The role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team, the role will focus on increasing our visibility and grow the Guild Care brand. You will be working closely with our services to increase their visibility in the community and encourage fundraising opportunities. There will be the creative opportunity to voice our influencing campaigns and encourage recruitment activity.

Job description


Job Requirements


·      Educated to degree level or minimum of three years digital marketing experience

·      Experience of developing and delivering digital marketing plans to significantly uplift reach and engagement across online channels

·      Strong experience in managing website content and delivering user improvement plans for large organisations

·      Strong experience of using web analytics tools to monitor and refine/develop plans to improve online usage and behaviour

·      Highly experienced at delivering organic SEO growth

·      Experience of delivering effective search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns

·      Experience of influencing stakeholders, senior managers and teams

  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of website content management systems (CMS)
  • Proven ability to work analytically, with curiosity and creativity. Demonstrable solution-based approach
  • Strong understanding of website accessibility and usability principles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong level of attention to details
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload
  • Interest and awareness in new and emerging technologies
  • Target-driven, positive, problem solving attitude
  • Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with people at all levels

  • Experience working in a multi-site organisation        
  • Membership of a relevant marketing organisation relating to this role such the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)          
  • Experience of managing social media channels and related tools in a profession
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience in general marketing communication disciplines, such as: brand, internal communications, public affairs, campaigns al capacity
  • Ability to travel with occasional overnight stays
