We now have 11 charity shops (soon to be 12!) selling a wide variety of items including second-hand and new furniture, vintage clothes, bric-a-brac, books, and children's toys. Money raised from the charity shops goes towards running our vital community services for people of all ages. We are looking for a confident and experienced deputy shop manager who would feel comfortable moving between the charity shops based across Worthing, Crawley, and Horsham. You will deputise for the Shop Manager in their absence and provide full holiday cover as required. You will assist the Shop Manager in achieving a set income budget and maximising scales, as well as assist in the day-to-day operation of the shop. You will help manage and promote the Charity Shop to ensure it remains profitable, well-known, and well-regarded and to assist in raising the profile of Guild Care throughout the towns.
