The role We are looking for a care supervisor on a full time basis, to join our team at Linfield. The role of the care supervisor is to be a role model for quality, person-centred care. You will provide supervision, coaching and mentoring to other colleagues. As part of this, you will have responsibility for allocating care staff to sections, prioritising care and overseeing care staff breaks effectively when required. You will ideally have experience in a similar role and preferably hold an NVQ level 2 in health and social care or higher. You will also have opportunities to cover senior care assistant shifts when required.
