The role

Community Care Assistants enable older people, disabled adults, and other vulnerable adults in and around Worthing to live more fulfilling, safe, and comfortable lives in their own homes.

We are seeking compassionate and professional Community Care Assistants to assist our clients in the community with personal care, domestic help, emotional support, and general tasks such as shopping, medication, and mobility.

We are committed to providing our clients with privacy, choice, and dignity. Experience would be advantageous but is not required. Instead, we are looking for people who are genuine, considerate, and respectful towards both their clients and colleagues.

  • In order to apply for this position, you must provide evidence that you have been vaccinated against Covid, as per our company policy. For new recruits, we will now ask whether you have had or are willing to have the vaccine both at the application and interview stages.
