Home Care Community Care Assistant - Evening and Weekend Enabling older people and vulnerable adults in and around Worthing to lead better quality lives whilst remaining safe and comfortable in their own homes. The role We are looking for caring and professional Community Care Assistants to help our clients in the community with personal care, domestic help, emotional support and general assistance with other tasks, such as shopping, medication and mobility. Providing our clients with the privacy, personal choice and dignity they deserve is of utmost importance to us. Experience would be advantageous but is not necessary. Instead, we are looking for people who are genuine, considerate and respectful of both their clients and colleagues. The finer details You must be over 18 to apply and have your own transport. As this is a role that involves directly caring for our vulnerable clients you will need to provide evidence that you have been vaccinated against Covid as per our company policy. Job description You can find the full job description here Pay £10.79 to £13.28 per hour, depending on experience and shifts worked + mileage allowance of 45p per mile Hours of work Contracted (part-time). These can be worked on a flexi-contract or set hours to suit your needs. We also offer Bank (nil hour) contracts for those looking for more flexibility around their other commitments. Our home care service runs from 7am-10pm- various shifts available. This role would primarily to cover evenings (4pm-10pm) and weekends.
