We are looking to appoint a Home Care Deputy Manager to assist in taking responsibility for the day to day delivery of the Home Care Service, and deputise in the Home Care Manager’s absence. You will support people living with complex needs to live well, safely and have fulfilled lives, providing care in a way that is focused on the individual and is based on what matters to them.

We would like you to bring commitment, integrity, passion and the enthusiasm to the role that people using our service deserve. We want you to be yourself, have a sense of fun and take ownership for all aspects of your role.

You will be expected to have a good understanding of legislation and codes of practice to monitor compliance and audit the quality of service delivered to clients. You will need to work flexibly, adapting work patterns to support the needs of the service.

You will be expected to participate in an out of hours on call rota providing cover in emergencies and back-up to the on call coordinator, providing advice and guidance for frontline staff and coordinators in an emergency.
