We are looking for an RNLD with extensive experience of supporting individuals living with both profound learning disabilities and multiple physical health conditions. You will support staff with an outcome focused approach helping people to live their best lives. This would suit a nurse with an interest in facilitating creative holistic solutions and a training pathway to support teams when faced with behaviours that challenge.
