Our care home Linfield House is recruiting Administration Assistants.

These volunteers will answer telephone and transfer calls from residents’ loved ones, general enquiries, and internal Guild Care calls. They will also keep the reception area clean, tidy, and safe.

Ideally, we’re looking for people who are confident communicators, have good attention, and have basic Microsoft skills, including Word and Outlook - Excel would be a bonus.

Volunteers will be provided with PPE and have Covid testing twice a week.

Help is needed throughout the week from 9am to 3pm and from 10am to 2pm over the weekend.
