Maintenance Operative Location Worthing, West Sussex Salary SP 17: £12.74 per hour. £26,499 per annum Hours of Work 40 per week Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Building and Estates Team! We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Operative to work with other multi-skilled colleagues within the Maintenance Department and alongside general/specialist sub-contractors. You must have experience in general maintenance duties and the relevant qualifications, training and skills for the job role. Experience of working in the voluntary sector or with older people are desirable. It is also desirable that you have experience of painting and decorating efficiently and to high standard.
