Night Care Assistant - Linfield House We are looking to appoint a Night Care Assistant to work at our Linfield House care home. You will need to be able to demonstrate you are genuinely interested in working with older people. You will also need to have the ability to understand the needs of our residents, work well as part of a team and build positive relationships. Main duties include assisting in the implementation and development of care plans for residents that meet personal and social care needs in such a way as to respect the personal choice and dignity of the individual while aiding independence, in accordance with Guild Care's Assessment and Care Planning Policy. Linfield House is a purpose built care home in Worthing suitable for older people, some of whom may require nursing. It also has an 11-bed suite dedicated to people living with dementia.
