Night Registered Nurse - Haviland House We are currently looking for Night RGN/RMNs to work both full-time and part-time at Haviland House - our dementia care home in Worthing. We are looking for an experienced RGN/RMN, preferably someone with experience working in a nursing/residential home environment. Although clinical skills are vital, we are really looking for someone that can make a difference to the lives of Haviland House's family members, someone who can make people smile and have empathy for others. As part of the nursing team at Guild Care you will be expected to comply with standards of professional practice and maintain valid registration with the NMC to practice. Haviland House which is rated as 'Good' by the CQC, offers first class residential and nursing care in a purpose-built environment for people living well with dementia. The home consisting of five 'Households' each with twelve spacious bedrooms. Working closely with external consultants - Dementia Care Matters - we are working towards becoming a 'Butterfly' home, where our Support workers interact with our residents like 'Butterflies'; creating moments of connection through colourful, meaningful interactions and filling the room with stimulating activity.
