Night RGN/RMN - P/T hours - Haviland House We are currently looking for a Night RGN/RMNto work part time every Wednesday and Thursday night at Haviland House our Dementia Care home in Worthing. We are looking for an experienced RGN/ RMN, preferably someone with experience working in a Nursing/ Residential home environment. Although clinical skills are vital, we are really looking for people that can make a difference to the lives of our Residents, who can make someone smile and have empathy for others. As part of the nursing team at Guild Care you will be expected to comply with standards of professional practice and maintain valid registration with the NMC to practice. Haviland House which is rated as 'Good' by the CQC, offers first class residential and nursing care in a purpose-built environment for people living well with dementia. The home consisting of five 'Households' each with twelve spacious bedrooms. Working closely with external consultants - Dementia Care Matters - we are working towards becoming a 'Butterfly' home, where our Support workers interact with our residents like 'Butterflies'; creating moments of connection through colourful, meaningful interactions and filling the room with stimulating activity. Salary £16.35 - £17.72 per hour dependent on experience and shifts worked. Shifts Part-time- 2 x nights per week, with the ability to cover extra hours on bank if required.
