We are looking to appoint a Hotel Service Assistant to work within our luxurious home. Your focus will be to act as one of the main points of contact for residents and their families; building good relations with residents and ensuring the environment is managed to a high standard.  This includes taking responsibility for the presentation, cleanliness and safety of the Home. You will be expected to protect the privacy and dignity of residents whilst paying attention to small details which are important to them, whilst maintaining a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and customer service. This is an exciting role with a variety of duties and responsibilities for the right person.

Shifts

Part-time - 24 hours per week including weekends.

Salary

From £8.09 per hour.
