As a Registered Nurse you will support clinical governance through the support, monitoring and implementation of enhanced clinical standards, so to achieve excellent standards of nursing care across all Guild Care homes.

You will work with the Director of Nursing, Clinical Governance & Quality to develop, implement and monitor the effectiveness of Guild Care’s Nursing Strategy and provide expert nursing and clinical advice to all Guild Care services.

In this role you will act as lead coordinator for relevant work-based placements, including nurse and allied health professional placements, ensuring adequate support throughout their placements.

You will also be responsible for the continuing development of evolving competency-based frameworks for Registered Nurses, and other members of the care and support team, monitoring and evaluating its effectiveness. You must have the ability to demonstrate up to date clinical expertise in relation to clinical practice within a care home setting.

£38,953-£43,685 per annum pro rata
