Recruitment Specialist- Care Homes Location Based across our three Care Homes and Main office Methold House Salary £35,000 per annum Hours of Work 35 hours per week Closing date 31st March 2023 Ref 2310We’re currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Professional to join Guild Care in this brand-new role. The Recruitment Specialist for Care Homes will own and hold the recruitment process for our three Care Homes in Worthing. From designing advertising campaigns, to the whole candidate journey, pre-application right through to start & producing Management Information that covers KPIs and trends. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for advertising roles, screening applications, arranging and taking part in interviews, handling the outcomes and taking successful candidates through the pre-employment process right up to induction. The Recruitment Specialist will be the lead for the service on proactive recruitment, building local connections and understanding the market you operate in through networking and research. In order to be successful as The Recruitment Specialist for Care Homes, you will need to operate pro-actively, have a good understanding of employment law and CQC regulatory requirements and be able to embed yourself as an integral member of the team.Why work for Guild Care?
