We’re currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Professional to join Guild Care in this brand-new role.


The Recruitment Specialist for Home Care will own and hold the recruitment process for our Home Care service in Worthing, which has significant growth plans. From designing advertising campaigns, to the whole candidate journey, pre-application right through to start & producing Management Information that covers KPIs and trends.


The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for advertising roles, screening applications, arranging and taking part in interviews, handling the outcomes and taking successful candidates through the pre-employment process right up to induction.
The Recruitment Specialist will be the lead for the service on proactive recruitment, building local connections and understanding the market you operate in through networking and research.


In order to be successful as The Recruitment Specialist for Care Homes, you will need to operate pro-actively, have a good understanding of employment law and CQC regulatory requirements and be able to embed yourself as an integral member of the team.

Essential


Experience of recruitment in social care or health care
Collaborative working with other staff members to plan and deliver effective recruitment campaigns
Able to gather data and other information to produce management reports that support decision making
Knowledge and application of employment law in recruitment e.g discrimination, right to work in the UK, criminal records check and data protection
Knowledge of CQC compliance requirements
Knowledge of Equality and Diversity

Implementing the principles of safer recruitment
Applying values-based recruitment techniques
CIPD level 5 qualification
