Current opportunities: Full-time guaranteed hours on a flexi rota pattern, working either days or nights Shifts are 8am-2pm, 2pm-8pm, 8pm-8am (Nights) OR Bank hours to suit your needs, to cover sickness and holidays Our Flexi roles are contracted at 36 hours per week, these roles require flexibility to alternate between night and day shifts. Please note you will not be require to work night shifts and day shifts in a working week. Job Description As a result of the expansion of our nursing team across our three care homes, we are now in need of qualified nurses who can join our team as part of the nursing staff. You'll really get to know your residents at Guild Care, putting their preferences and choices at the center of all you do. We want to give our Nursing Team time to support someone emotionally and physically. It's a multidisciplinary role, working with GPs, OTs, Physios, families, and most important, the individual themselves. About our Care homes Caer Gwent Caer Gwent combines superb residential living with 24-hour expert nursing care, supporting individuals with complex health conditions, particularly focusing on palliative (i.e. end of life) support. Haviland House Haviland House is a specialist dementia care home located at the foot of the South Downs in Goring, West Sussex. It was purpose built in 2015 to fulfil the needs of residents living with different stages of dementia. Linfield House Linfield House is a residential and nursing care home that includes an 11-bed dementia suite. We promote independent living, providing residents with the support and person-centred care that they need to flourish.
