What is the role?

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead our new Guild Care store in Southwick.

Your role will involve leading and inspiring a team of employees and volunteers to meet sales and profit targets.

As a key figure in the growth strategy of Guild Care retail, you will play a crucial role in developing and expanding our brand in this new area.
